ADMISSION PROCEDURE INFORMATION
Admission Procedure Information
- Schedule:
- Physical observation for Nursery to Grade 1 admissions will be conducted every Wednesday. (Starting from 11th September 2024)
- Entrance examinations for Grade 2 to Grade 8 admissions will be held every Saturday (Starting from October 2024)
- Registration:
- Please complete the registration form available on our website with the required details. Note that we accept only online registrations
- Appointment Scheduling:
- The school help desk will contact the first 20 registrants to schedule appointments for the admission process. Subsequent registrants will be reached out to the following week, subject to seat availability
- Registration Fees:
- The non-refundable registration fee is payable online
- Required Documentation:
- Please bring a printout of the registration form, a copy of the birth certificate and copy of Student’s Aadhar Card on the day of the Physical observation/ entrance exam
- Admission Confirmation:
- Admission will be granted only upon approval by the Head of School
- Parents of selected students can confirm the admission on the same day or within the 2 days by paying the admission fee and the first month’s school fee
- Accepted methods of fees payment: NEFT, Card or Cheque
- Discount Policy:
- A 5% discount on school fees is available for payment of the full year’s fees in advance
- Annual Fees:
- The annual fee covers all the school essentials except the charges for uniforms and shoes
- Mandatory Documents for the confirmation of Admission:
- Pre-Primary: Photocopies of the birth certificate, Aadhar card, and one photograph of the student
- Grade I: Original or notarized birth certificate, photocopies of the Aadhar card, and one photograph of the student
- Grade II to VIII: Photocopies of the birth certificate, Aadhar card, and one photograph of the student. The original School Leaving Certificate and a photocopy of the final performance report must be submitted by the end of May 2025.
